For private clients, but also for companies, real estate property is of particular economic importance, not least due to the significant value such property represents.

We preferably already advise and represent our clients during the sales or acquisition negotiations, in order to prevent subsequent problems. In this context, we have special experience regarding the acquisition of real estate from building companies and site development companies, where the contract on the purchase of real estate and on the construction of the building is entered into as a combined package. Among our clients are building contractors, property developers and building project companies as well as architects and engineers whom we advise, in particular, in all issues of private and public building law and architecture law. In addition to legal and tax-related aspects, our consultancy services can particularly profit from our technical know-how in the area of civil engineering.

Furthermore, we also assist our clients with regard to all other questions relating to real estate property, in particular commercial and private tenancy and lease law, contracts with brokers, problems with owners' associations or communities of heirs with jointly inherited property.
