International and EU law

More and more often, legal questions cannot be solved without consideration of European or international law. Even the determination as to which legal regime will be applicable often requires diligent legal assessment. However, for national legal issues as well, recourse needs to be made in many cases to the law of the European Community.

In particular with regard to matters relating to EU law, Anglo-Saxon law, French and Spanish law, we can fall back on our own specialists or on the tested and proven cooperation with foreign lawyers and patent lawyers.

We ensure that our clients' interests will be represented effectively, within Germany and worldwide - if required in cooperation with our local specialists.
