I 2001, S. 3656), the Berufsordnung der Patentanwälte (notification Mitt. 1997, 243 et seq.), the FICPI rules of conduct (www.ficpi.org/ficpi/aboutframe.html) and in the Code of Professional Conduct of the epi (epi-Information 2/2001, p. 75).

The law firm Kreuzkamp & Partner is a partnership, registered with the Amtsgericht (local court) of Essen - register sheet PR 944 of the partnership register.

The above lawyers at the law firm Kreuzkamp & Partner are obligated under the Bundesrechtsanwaltsverordnung to maintain a professional liability insurance with a minimum insurance cover of € 250,000.00. The partners at Kreuzkamp & Partner who are involved in the processing of a client's mandate are covered by a liability insurance of € 1,000,000.00 with Victoria Versicherung AG, Victoriaplatz, 40198 Düsseldorf for their activities in Europe, for activities in connection with consultancy services and work with non-European law as well as for activities before non-European courts. If required, other or higher insurances can be taken out in individual cases upon the client's expressed request, provided that the client bears the costs incurred.

In individual cases, the partners at Kreuzkamp & Partner and the client may agree on general terms of assignment which are available at our offices and will be handed out to the client should they be agreed upon.
